Our mission is to equip the world with an organizational tool for recording their life story, their ponderings, musings, ideas, and interests. We also seek to connect writers, readers and thinkers in conversations that inspire, uplift, motivate, change perspectives and encourage lifelong learning as we participate in the “great conversation”  - what is the meaning and purpose of life.

Executive Team

Michelle Roberts | President & Founder

Being an avid journaler, Michelle was always seeking for ways to make her journaling and note taking experiences more meaningful and convenient.  She wanted to be able to refer quickly to the notes She had taken.  The idea for the binder journals with a travel companion was the answer.  In 2005 she gathered a team of highly talented people around her to help launch Personal Ponderings.

Marc | Co-Founder

Is the engineer on the scene. With his understanding of web design and online promotion, Marc’s focus at Personal Ponderings is to grow not only product, but the customer database, creating a connection between writers and readers that will enrich lives and increase understanding. His degree in engineering has equipped him with a sharp eye and attention to detail. He loves using his Personal Journal.  Marc keeps his on the computer then copies to blank sheets that fit into his binder, giving him a hard copy for his bookshelf.

Casey | Co-Founder

Is our designer.  Spending much of her young years working with her parents in their wedding invitations business, she had the talent and ability to design the insides for the Personal Journals.  Her creative abilities don’t stop there as she is very involved in the design layouts for the company’s binders, logos, advertising, online promotions.  Casey has also managed and has taken care of the company finances.
